Shamanic Energy Medicine Pratitioner in Western North Carolina
Marianne Mitchell is a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, Ancient Wisdom Teacher, Spiritual Counselor and Modern Day Priestess who deeply honors the Divinity that expresses as all things. She seamlessly weaves between the seen and the unseen worlds, dipping into her immense toolkit of modalities and listens to soul wisdom with the inner ear while holding a deep space of healing and revelation.
In 2004, she was guided to the Agape International Spiritual Center where she was blessed to study Spiritual Principles, Affirmative Prayer and Meditation with Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith. Through her new spiritual community, she found her shamanic priestess teacher, Rev. Kate Rodger. For the next several years she delved into the healing and teachings of Shamanism, Sacred Energy Circles, Native American teachings, the Divine Feminine energetic and communion with Mother Earth. She believes deeply in creating space to go within and allow the Divine Intelligence as YOU to wake up and remember beyond what can be “learned”.
As she has continued on her path, Marianne has completed a number of trainings and certifications including:

- Cranial-sacral Unwinding 1, 2, & 3 with Gary Straus of Life Energy Institute
- Reiki Master & Teacher
- KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher
- Massage therapy (through IPSB in Los Angeles)
- Level 1 Medicinal Aromatherapy with Wisdom of the Earth
In 2009, Marianne was initiated as a Modern Day Priestess through the Institute of Modern Wisdom, a modern mystery school visioned and created through Rev. Kate Rodger. A year-long intense consciousness/spiritual practitioner program, she delved deeper into the technologies for evolving consciousness of Affirmative Prayer, Shamanic Breathwork, Soul Remembering, Divining the Circle, Communing with Nature Spirits and Deep Cellular Remembering. In 2011, Marianne became a Certified Modern Day Priestess/Modern Wisdom Practitioner from the Institute of Modern Wisdom after an additional year of rigorous training in Consciousness.
She is also currently the Director of Initiations and Sacred Ceremony, as well as a member of the Elder Vision Core and Elder Council for the Institute. She is also currently deepening her studies in Teacher Training with IMW.
Marianne is the creator of The Path of the Priestess, an internet TV show currently being re-developed as well as The Starlight Project, a multi-dimensional group shamanic distance healing teleseminar experience. She offers in-person private sessions, private distance sessions, Divine Feminine Shamanic Circles, Men’s Council: Shamanic Group Healing for the Divine Masculine, Sacred Union Co-ed Circle, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes. She also offers Land Ceremonies and Blessings as well as Rites of Passage Ceremony.
